These terms and conditions govern your use of the BHR Custom Homes website (bhrcustomhomes.com), inquiries you submit through it, and text messages we exchange with you. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use this website.

Inquiries and estimates
- Submitting a form on this website is an inquiry, not a contract. It does not obligate you or BHR Custom Homes to proceed with any project.
- Any estimate or conversation that follows an inquiry is informational. Project scope, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, and warranty for any construction work are set out in a written project agreement signed by you and BHR Custom Homes, and that agreement governs the work.
Text messaging terms
The BHR Custom Homes website text messaging program is for non-marketing messages to people who opt in. Messages may include a form-receipt confirmation, responses to your project inquiry, consultation scheduling, and estimate or appointment updates. This program does not include marketing or promotional texts.
Opting out and support: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@bhrcustomhomes.com or (801) 960-4663.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency and rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiry and appointments. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
